The Can-Am league finals start tonight and it appears that when it is over BOTH teams may cease to exist

2008 SEASON TICKET OFFER
September 14, 2007
Nashua Pride officials have announced that all fans who were in attendance for the September 13th Can-Am Championship Series Game against the North Shore Spirit will be awarded with a free season ticket for the 2008 season.

But in Lynn the team no longer exists

It's all over for Spirit; team swept in CanAm Finals

LYNN, Mass. Ė A week ago, they were on the brink of extinction for the 2007 season and, perhaps, forever.

Today, thanks to their 6-4 win over the North Shore Spirit at Fraser Field on Friday night, the Nashua Pride are Can-Am League champions. A parade from Holman Stadium to City Hall is scheduled for Monday, and talk of the Pride's potential return for the 2008 season has gathered steam.
