Default *Official* Sox vs. Rox Game Thread 3-22-02

on the MLB feed. They're jumping between this game and the end of the TB/o's game. Buehrle took out the ROX 1-2-3 in the top of the 1st, while the Sox lead off the bot of the 1st with a Lofton double, followed later by a 2 run bomb bu big frank.,

Hampton is pitching for the Rox.

Go Buehrle, it's your birthday!

Anyways, we need a couple of good pitching outings so all these chicken littles settle down around here. Ready this message board makes you want to throw your TV out the window for fear of watching this season...

TB/O's game is over and now it's just the Sox game now. Heading into the bottome of the second (So buehrle must be cruisein') the Sox lead 2-0.

CF - Lofton
2B - Durham
DH - Thomas
(And as I write this Jose crushed a lead off homer. 3-0 now)
RF - Maggs
1B - Konkerko
3B - Jose
LF - Lee
C - MJ
SS - Clayton.

P - Buehrle.

I'm listening to the MLB Radio and it's still the TB-O's game; how can that be?

Expect a lot more of that from now until the end of ST. Jerry is going to try and win these games, so the team goes into the season with the right mentality...

Before we go insane and start ripping up our season tickets. Let's see how Mark does next inning, if he bounces back and pitches fine, then it's gravy.
