9/8 Knights game

The Knights lost, 6-2, after Heath Phillips was rocked for six earned runs in 2 1/3 innings. Among the seven hits he allowed were 4 home runs.

The bullpen shut down Toledo the rest of the way, striking out nine (Skrmetta 2.2 IP, 4 SO; Tracey 1 IP, 3 SO; Reynoso 2 IP, 2 SO; Randolph 0 IP; Lorraine 1 IP).

Charlotte managed only 7 hits. The two runs scored on an Ernie Young homer.

What you dont know here is Heath was very sick, had a high temprature, and really didnt want to pitch as bad as it seems. I know this very well as im related to him. Its sad that they kinda pushed him into trying anyways.
