Roll Call for the parade

i'll be there with my green irish sox shirt and my official world champs locker room hat. or should i bring my green hat too?

i'll probably just go straight to the rally.

I plan on being right near LaSalle & Jackson at noon, for as long as my lunch "hour" will allow. I will probably be in my black and grey nylon White Sox jacket, and my green Halfway to St. Patrick's Day hat from last year-if I remember to bring the hat.

My boss and I will probably be on Washington and LaSalle. However, I may use that as a starting point and head north and see how close I can get to the end point. Who knows, as long as I see it and hear it (they already hooked up speakers and are having jumbotrons out there) I will be happy.

The Amtrak arrives in Union Station at 10:30.

This is the first time I'll be happy to take the train home at 7:00 am.

I have been to Chicago many times but I can not imagine what it will be like for this parade. Tell me please is this very important the parade to the, I don't know how to say I am sorry, working class "fans"?

I will be in my pink and green 1985 style sox jersey, I wore my 1917 and 1985 t shirt today, saving the truly outrageous pink and green jersey for the parade.

I'll be there with my 3-year old and 17-month old boys. We'll probably drive down from Evanston to Clybourn and get on the EL at North/Clybourn so we won't be late.
