Yeah, but that's why I was hoping for that fourteenth run.

Got it !

No triskaidekaphobia here, that's a northside thing.

I think it's a sure thing there will be a comparison with the 11-0 drubbing the Sox put on the Dodgers in 1959 - only to lose the series.

Sox Make Mockery of Small Ball. Drubbing of Red Cubs Reveals Ozzie and Kenny as Frauds.

- 1959, 1983 Redux? Sox won first games of those series only to go on to lose.
- Sox win, but Cubs and Red Sox have better attendance.
- BoSox Players, Fans Endure Sterile Ballmall, Dangerous Neighborhood.

Bears Game Countdown- 4 Days

O.K., We'll Cover Them For You- Sox Win Playoff Game
(There, Happy ? Stop Complaining)

Inside: Eric Zorn was in a skybox for Tuesdays game, compliments of the Tribune. Join our guy as he tells you about his day
-Skybox food only "o.k.", but Sox staff could use a lesson in how to prepare a proper latte'.

-The leather couches seemed like "they'd been used before me".

-T.V's were all tuned into the game on the field, no way to watch "Friends" and "Dawson's Creek" reruns on WGN. ("Why would I have the game on T.V. when the game is going on right outside ?")

-People in general. Nobody knew how to get out a latte' stain from sweater vest. "Plus, all the noise and cheering from the classless Sox fans and clueless staff took away from the overall enjoyment of the day. I found myself closing my eyes and wishing I was sitting at Wrigley".

I can not believe todays Sun Times headline. "IT'S ABOUT TIME". I would of thought the Trib might use this negative lead. Well, maybe they did as I don't contribute to the Tribune by buying their paper. So maybe they will go with First win for Sox in 46 years!
