Default 6/13 games

Charlotte had the day off.

Birmingham lost 5-4. Honel started and did pretty well.
Honel: 5.1 IP, 6 H, 2 ER, 3 BB, 7 SO, 6.94
Reynoso (3-2, 2.39) suffered the loss in relief.
Stewart: 1-4, R, 2B, 2 RBI, .297

Winston-Salem won 12-4 as Haigwood improved to 7-2, 3.86.
Daigle: 3-4, 3 R, HR(21), 2 RBI, BB, .356
Hall hit his 13th homer and Schnurstein, his 6th.

Kannapolis won 12-3. Egbert (5-3, 2.75) got the W.
Smith: 4-5, 3 R, HR(2), 3 RBI, .273
Cook: 1-4, R, 3B, BB, .315
Hernandez: 3-5, R, 2 RBI, .223

daigle may not be a prospect, but why not promote him? the guy's hitting like .360 with 21HR; he could play in a higher level, right?

Rogowski and Fields are at 1st and 3rd in Birmingham and the OF is full. There is nowhere to play him unless they move Rogo to Charlotte, which I expect them to do after the first half of the season ends in a couple days...

I've got my fingers crossed for him, but they've brought him along very slowly thus far. He probably deserved a mid-season callup to B'ham last year (like Anderson), but it never hapened.

He hadn't been fully healthy in 2 years. They wanted to see him stay healthy, play a full season in one place, and regain the confidence he had before the injury bug found him...
