Mvp Baseball 2005 Questions

Does anybody have a list of players who are NOT in the game, because they arent in the MLBPA or for some other reason, other than Bonds, Millar, and Gooch? And how about the top 100 prospects...I know Mccarthy, Anderson and Sweeney are in the game but have fake names...A list of those 100 prospects Fake to Real names would be great...Thanks a lot
