Here is rotoworld on Clement.

An undisclosed team jumped into the bidding for free agent Matt Clement yesterday.
"A new team I hadn't thought of jumped in," agent Barry Axelrod said. "Not one that traditionally has had wherewithal, but might in this case." Milwaukee? The Angels, Dodgers, Blue Jays, Indians, Diamondbacks and maybe the Cardinals have offered Clement deals. Axelrod said it was "his fondest hope" Clement would sign by Wednesday. It looks like it's going to take at least $27 million over three years and $40 million over four years can't be ruled out. Dec. 13 - 12:08 pm et

I just hope we aren't going to pay him that much.

Please have KW running in to ask JR about acquiring Hudson. Please. He is #1 on my list. A groundball pitcher at the Cell with proven success? A Hudson/Garcia/Buerhle can win the World Series.

LOL. I just absolutely love the visual of KW running down the halls at the Cell looking for Uncle Jerry. JR's probably down in the bathroom reading the paper in one of the stalls...

I would not agree with it either. That said, trading Lee is a mistake, especially when you consider that Frank is out until June(Ozzie talking). Keep Lee and sign Clement.

I thas to be a pitcher....this talk for Posednick and Hinske is really not needed....We proved last year that Garland at 4 and an unproven 5th will not get this done...I'm nervous though

Good stuff. A little overexaggerated (he probably wants to know if he wants a cake donut or the reg. Kripsy Kreme), but still good.

It's probably them signing the Japanese 3b they saw work out. But if it does happen to be Hudson, here's hoping his good buddy PK can get him to agree to a long term deal.

Paxon probably called looking for JR... Curry for Naz Mohamed is my guess.
