Cotts is a starter. Being in the bullpen isn't helping his development. If Munoz has a good ST, I would send Neal to AAA so he can start regularly. Cotts would have a nice curve if he could control it. I remember when he started against Texas a season or two ago and struck out A-Rod three times (I think). I don't think that it was that great of an outing, but those K's by A-Rod did impress me.
