Mike Spidale is someone you don't hear much about, but he has shown the abillity to take a walk throughout his minor league career and this year has his average up to .300 at Birmingham. The best part is he's improved year-over-year and he's only 22, so there's reason to believe he'll continue to improve.

He made a huge leap forward this year. I didn't see much in him previously. He could be a nice utility OF, but IMHO he has to make another leap forward if he's going to amount to more than that.

Probably the most underrated player in the system in my opinion. You never hear anyone talk about him and he's had a strong season without being too old for his league.
