Intriguing question.
At this point I would break it down as: C - Hankins 1B - Rogowski 2B - Gray SS - Gonzalez 3B - Schnurstein OF - Anderson OF - Sweeney OF - Young SP - Diaz SP - Munoz SP - McCarthy SP - Haigwood SP - Rodriguez There are a lot of close races in there, as Nanita could be the top SS and Fields could be the best 3B. Honel and Wing of course would be in there if they weren't injured. One thing for sure, we're very weak at catcher and second base. |

C - Donny Lucy
2B - Antoin Gray All the others are good suggestions. Has Michael Spidale fallen off a bit? |

I've heard the school of thought that you don't worry about second base because as long as you're developing guys who can play shortstop, most of them can slide over to second. Any thoughts?

No Gio Gonzalez?
Is that just because he is so young or has only proved his stuff against low level prospects so far? |

POS - 1st team - 2nd team
C - Lucy - Hankins?!? 1B - Rogowski - Bounds 2B - Gray - Nelson?!? SS - Gonzalez - Valido 3B - Fields - Schnurstein OF - Anderson - Spidale OF - Sweeney - Brice OF - Young - Nanita SP - Diaz - Whisler SP - McCarthy - Honel? SP - Gonzalez - Wing? RP - Bajenaru - Fields RP - Munoz - Smith After the latest draft and recent trades, the organization is pretty solid at CF and at the corners, but there's not much production at C or MIF. As always, the organization is the cradle of RP, while nursing some major injuries at SP. |
