Chip Carey is an idiot. Sox fans know this and an occasional cub fan does. He claims that the game is over in the fifth almost every game as long as they've got a lead. He's just a dumb guy and there's nothing we can do about that.

Its funny how Cub fans say Hawk is a terrible announcer with silly catch phrases, yet Cub fans use these phrases to White Sox fans. Why would a Cub fan waste their breath to use a "silly" catch phrase?

Every Sox Fan ought to do their ticker a favor and turn down the volume whenever Chimp or Stoney is doing the call. You're simply asking to be laid into an early grave listening to such unmitigated crap.

Turn down the volume, people. That's what the switch is there for. Of course that doesn't solve the problem of having to listen to Farmer, our in-house idiot.

Come on George, Farmer isn't that bad. I used to hate him until I heard an interview with him with Steve Dahl. He cracks me up, and him and Rooney have a good chemistry with eachother. He does tend to ramble on, but it is radio don't forget. He has to say something since you can't see the game at all times.

And honestly, would you take Stone, Chip, Santo, or Hughes over Farmer? I think not.
