The only one I'm really torn on, is Freddy Garcia over Pedro Martinez. Half of me thinks Torre will pick anyone having a solid year over anyone from Boston, but the other half of me thinks that Torre will think more people will want to watch Pedro.. We'll see.

Ha! Torre isn't picking Pedro now after that BS last night. Hopefully he will take either Mark or Esteban instead. Isn't it enough that Pedro gets such a huge strike zone? Perhaps Joe will name Pedro to the team anyway and count on Roger Clemens knocking him down.

Hopefully Jason Giambi won't be voted on the team either as he does not deserve to be there this year or really any year considering he owes much of his success to taking the juice. Plus he is a Yankee and there will already be plenty of those guys on the team. I think either Frank or Paulie deserves to go in his place with David Ortiz starting. A-Rod does not deserve to go either but of course he will be voted in.

I agree with all of your choices. The only thing that keeps bugging me is the feeling that Torre is going to screw Frank again. I don't know why, but I have the feeling history is going to repeat itself.

If Garcia makes it, it'll be like Everett last year. It's weird when a guy makes the All-Star team with a different team than he was with.

That's a pretty solid team, WHarris13, except I don't think you have anyone from the Blue Jays on your roster. My best guess is either Halladay or Batista.

Ya, I know but usually every team has some that you can at least make a slight case for.
