I do, after Houston laid down like a cheap prostitute against the Cubs.

Peter Gammons said if the Astros don't pick it up before the All-Star break he'll be gone the day after. 2004 Astros = 2003 White Sox?

Williams should have been fired after the sweep by the Cubs earlier in the month when he still had some semblance of a BP.

I couldn't believe the way Biggio botched that flyball. Unreal. Why does Houston even show up to play the Flubs?
Maybe they will win with Clemens pitching. |

Good thing they got Beltran. Maybe they'll be "sellers" before the trade deadline. That team should NOT be that bad; and 5th place in the NL Central, well, that's bad. Maybe they have an announcer they can hire as manager, a la Larry Dierker?

The Astros are nothing but chokers...this is twice in the last two weeks that their left fielder dropped flyballs in the late innings to hand the Cubs victories. Have some pride and show up to play. Jimy Williams is a disaster as a manager...bring Dierker back down from the broadcast booth.

How in the hell does Jimy Williams get hired in the first place? An unmitigated disaster for Toronto, Boston, now Houston. He is a horrible manager.
