Well, if I recall he'd had issues with kidney stones back in spring training and sat out about a weeks worth of games. There was a daily blurb in the spring training reports to the effect of "Olivo sat out again today due to pain from kidney stones."

When he finally passed them he said he felt better than he ever had in his life, though I imagine in comparison to the pain of kidney stones that won't take much.

Olivo is on the 15 day DL thanks to those kidney stones. we shall call this, Stone Gate or should it be Kidney Gate. I'm suprised we havent heard all about how KW knew about it before he was traded, and this trade should be called off.
