Default Question about inter-league play

This weekend is when all the "natural" rivalries are scheduled. Sox/Cubs, Yanks/Mets, A's/Giants, Tribe/Rockies???

Did I miss something here? Why aren't the Jndjans playing the Reds like they normally do?

They do play them next weekend though...

I used to feel differently, but now I'm starting to think that two series between the Sox and Cubs is too much. It's been three years since the Sox and Cardinals faced each other. I enjoyed those games, as I thought there was the potential for a rivalry between the Sox and Cardinals. The Sox are supposed to play the NL Central again next season. I hope they are able to play everyone from the division, since they haven't seen any of the teams since 2001, or even before that.
