Default Canseco

Am I the only one who thinks he crowds the plate way too much? He is almost standing on the plate up there. It wouldn't bother me, but he takes pitches right down the middle and thinks they are way inside. Maybe its just me...

I think you're absolutely right. He puts his back toe on the black part of the plate, and expects every inside pitch to be called a ball, when they actually catch the inside part of the plate. The only thing Canseco gains by crowding the plate is intimidating the pitcher. It has not worked the last 3 or 4 games, though.

You're right, he looks like Frank when he was bailing out against inside pitches that were strikes.
