As good as Burly's been (and that's really good), I think Kip has been better because of last season's fiasco. Frankly, Kip Wells sucked last year. I can only remember 1 or 2 outings he had last season (4-21 v. Detroit, 6-19 v. Cleveland and 9-12 v. Detroit) when he didn't look like garbage, and yet he bounced back and is having a VERY good season.
Buerhle, though wasn't spectacular last year, didn't have as tough a road to climb as Kip did.
