My thoughts exactly. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Damn. I'm stuck in a bar full of fan wannabes cheering lustily for foul balls. I'm finishing my beer and getting out of here. Not a place I chose to be when the Nats decided to become the Washington Generals.

Look up the word insufferable and you'll see a picture of a guy in a Cubs hat.

This game is wild.

And slow.

Not going to lie, having Wade pitch 2 1/3 is pretty low on my scale of great ideas.

Davis walks back-to-back hitters to open the inning, and Lind grounds into a double play on the first pitch. Inexcusable. The hit would have tied the game had Lind done his job and moved the runners over. Instead, itís likely to be a day late and a dollar short.

The cubs truly are lucky.

How Davis wins this one, I donít know, but I am sure he will.

Wow. Lobaton picked off to end the inning.

Between the first-pitch double play and that, this may have been the Nats' last chance, and they pissed it down their leg. At least they got the heart of the lineup coming up in the ninth, but jeez.

The Nationals have to be the most generous opponent you can draw in the playoffs. Hopefully, the Dodgers won't be so forgiving.

Well, this is it. Doolittle did his job.

Now we need to see some competence from the Nats' hitters. I would love a 2-run Harper walkoff here.

And Cubbie-mania keeps on going.

God, this sickens me.

The Nationals gift wrapped this game to the cubs. What a pathetic performance. A 4-1 lead pissed away by Geo, along with craptastic defense.

Goodbye Dusty. I see this being his last game as the Nationals manager.

The Nationals should be embarrassed by this.
