Default 2017 Ticket Design

The Sox commissioned an artist to design the 2017 tickets. 81 different pieces of art that span White Sox history.

You can see some of them here.
These look amazing!

They look fantastic What a great way to commemorate the Sox history. They need to do a lot more of these types of things.

I'm wondering if this is the new theme that will be in the sports bar this year, as it is supposed to get a new look.

I know it's petty, but I was so ticked off when the Sox got away from the physical tickets for season ticket holders. Those glossy tickets, with "The Box" they came in was a great perk. For those businesses that used them for clients those tickets meant a lot more than a piece of paper or a forwarded e-ticket. Great move.

These tickets are for premium season ticket holders only. I had to pay an extra $50 for paper tickets and they are plain looking. These new ones are really nice. I would think that most of the regular fans would like these.

They are back to sending out "the box," which is a start. I sent a nasty email to my rep about my delivery 2 seasons ago. Crap in a bag was my description. Got a box last season and now this season also.

However, tickets are still the crappy box office print which for a printing fee of $50 is complete BS to me.

Have to say, those are really cool.

I'm impressed...

"And I don't impress easy, MCMAHON!"

Will there really be 81 different designs or just 27 different designs rotated three times? The initial artwork shows 14. If there are 81, the artist will have some fun with more obscure players.

Why take the time to design all of these tickets and then limit them to premium-seat holders?

The White Sox strike again.

These are really cool- all kinds of opportunities to really use these- make these an option in the tshirt store down the 1st base line, sell or give away reprints (11x14?) of these, refrigerator magnets, etc-

Yeah, the whole season ticket print thing is such a bummer on how the Sox have handled this the last few seasons. It's little details like this which shouldn't happen, especially to your most loyal fans who commit to your product year round.

As an incentive to get you to buy season tickets.
I don't blame them for that at all. It's business.

Weird. I'm the steward for a premium season ticket package and was never offered the opportunity for these tickets. I will say that as much as I love the old style of tickets, it's a helluva lot easier to transfer my group members tickets to them electronically.

I'm a little confused. When they say premium season ticket holders do they mean those in skyboxes/Scout Seats/Home Plate Club only?

Those and Golden Box Seats and Premier club level.

We are talking about the most expenses tickets you can find.

It's for Premier Season tickets. All others who still put down a good chunk of change for season tickets don't even get the option offered.
