Congratulations to my favorite ballplayer, Frank Thomas!

Congrats to Maddux and Glavine

Whoa, Biggio missed by .2%? Jeez.

Maybe he'll go in with Bagwell next year.

Wow, Glavine's aged badly since he stopped playing.

Congrats to my favorite player growing up "Big Hurt" Frank Thomas!!

Wow, I still can't get over how much the steriod scandals have impacted this process. Bonds, CLemens and company around 30%. They can't change the record books, but they can keep them out of the Hall.

Biggio will make it next year, it would be great for him to go in with Bagwell, but I'm not sure that's going to happen... Bagwell actually lost support this year, dropping from 59.6% of the vote to 54.

Looking over the potential names on the ballot for next year and I would expect Biggio to be elected along with newcomers Randy Johnson, Pedro Martinez, and John Smoltz.

0 votes for Ray Ray

Sammy hangs on with 7.2%. Will he be on the ballot in 2015?

He'll be on, but after that, who really knows?

The Giants are one of my favorite NL teams, but who the hell voted for J.T. Snow?

Nice player, solid defensively, but not a HOFer.

Local writers in the past have done so just as a symbolic gesture towards a favorite they covered, but with this stacked ballot doing so is completely indefensible.

They've changed the number needed for election to 429, but the ballots cast remains 569 and if that's the case, Biggio's 427 votes is 75.04% of the vote, good enough for election.

There must be some sort of procedural thing, I guess, all of their percentages are a bit off...
