If it was the exact one on the field, a yellow SSR.

We just tweeted Dye and he responded. Pretty cool. Guess he had nothing better to do on Friday night. It was a Chevy ssr truck.

Are you serious or kidding around about tweeting jermaine Dye? I never knew twitter let people ask famous people questions.

I've exchanged tweets with him a few times. He's always responding to fans.

Thats interesting I always thought Twitter was like Facebook. I might subscribe to Twitter to check out how it runs. I just joined Facebook, i'm kinda sick of that already so maybe Twitter is better.

The guy hasn't stopped being a class act.

You can ask them all you want. The question is whether they answer. Some of those people have tens of thousands of followers, so they can't answer every one. That said, I've gotten responses from Jake Peavy, Tyler Flowers (he's not on Twitter any more), Addison Reed, and a couple of actors.

Then there's one of my all-time favorite Twitter accounts, @Hey_ChrisBosh. He tweets random crap to Chris Bosh on a regular basis...and Bosh has never replied.

I'm assuming he had it painted at some point. The one they presented him on the field was bright yellow. He talked at Soxfest about still having the truck, but its colors were black and silver. Or, perhaps he didn't really physically that the one home from the on-field presentation, but maybe they sent him one later in colors of his choice.

Here's a picture of the car JD got that he posted. Painted it silver and black and put some nice rims on it.
