Coco Puff comes through in the clutch, and Hot Dog Valverde shall not do his little dance tonight.

I love it. Valverde crashes and burns when he had the chance to seal it away for his team. Hope he does it one more time, then I can say "DETROIT WHO?"

Go A's. Do it for us, since we couldn't.

Gonna be a lot of tired, grumpy people in Detroit tomorrow morning.

Seriously feel that the Sox are the only team that can't hit Valverde. Anyway, Verlander's getting rocked tonight.

I don't think there is a single closer the Sox can hit.

Maybe Addison Reed.

Would like to see him get shelled as in his All Star Game performance this year.

Valverde's postseason career: 0-3, 6.58 ERA. And yet, he's your closer. Hope the A's can keep the Tigers' offense in check tomorrow.

Valverde melting down in a clincher game for Detroit. Here I though there was no way the 2012 postseason could make me happy after the Sox choked. I stand corrected. That was enjoyable to see.

What a great day of baseball sans the Cards/Nats, but I didn't catch a second of that game.

October is the greatest month of the year.

The Tiger bullpen makes me even more pissed the Sox couldn't beat those clowns out for first.

What a waste.

So let's see.

Giants/Reds 2-2
A's/Tigers 2-2
Yanks/O's 2-1
Cards/Nats 2-1

Guaranteed at least 18 of 20 possible games.
