Doyle was having a nice year in AAA and I know the Knights do not play in a pitcher-friendly park. I know he was 26 and still a career minor leaguer, but I'm kind of surprised the Sox didn't want to keep him around considering we're really thinking about pitching Jose Quintana every 5th day. Doesn't hurt to have options.

In that case, good luck Terry. He really doesn't have much else to do in AAA and he couldn't cut it for the Twins.

So would I, but I guess I'd just think he'd notice that maybe the stars were finally lining up for a shot at the Show. And the Sox might notice they'd need a spot starter here or there.
Eh, it is what it is, I don't make life choices for people. I hope he finds success in whatever he does. |
