Post What's your ritual?

I have refused to either watch or listen to any spring training broadcast. I have avoided exposure to all other MLB openers. I am saving myself for the White Sox opener on Friday.

Once again, pocket schedules have been placed in strategic locations throughout my house (bathrooms included) and in our vehicles. Before leaving for work on Friday, I will tune every TV and radio around our house to the White Sox game. Even though no one is home, our house will be filled with White Sox baseball.

We host a White Sox fans only party in our garage on the first Friday night game of the season this year we have to wait until April 20.

Let's hear some other season opener rituals and traditions.

Default Florida Boy

Living down here in central Florida, WhiteSox fans are few and far between. Our family ritual is to go to a restaurant a few miles down the road called "Taste of Chicago" have a few Chicago Dogs and Italian Beefs.

Usually we take the kids out of school early, but today they have a short day because of the holiday. My wife and I and our 2 teenagers will be representing in full force down here in Orlando.

GO Southside Sox!!!!!
