I'm pretty sure it's him. (Don't laugh at me) Southpaw verified it, and his is an official Sox account. Gawd, I need to spend less time on Twitter.

We can be much more sure when it's listed as a Verified Account, or when MLB's twitter confirms it.

Edit - It was a Verified Account for about 10 minutes, then it was unverified...hmmm....
