I really liked his potential. He kept the ball in the park very well in the minors. Just goes to show you how little some of that means sometimes. I recall him having something like .15 HRs per 9....something really freakish.

LOL, awesome! In Bobby "The Brain" Heenan's book, he makes a mention of the fact that Missing Link wore his trademark makeup even outside in the real world. This was before they broke "kayfabe" in wrestling and had to stay in character when in public. Could you imagine running into The Missing Link at your local bank or a Wendy's with him in full make up?!
