I did this thread last year (http://whitesoxinteractive.com/vbull...d.php?t=103645), and I'm bringing it back. Very early in the process, but hey, at least it can be organized.

Same as last year, and I would greatly appreciate any links regarding signings, anticipated signings, or the returning to school/going to college type. I'll update below as news comes in.

I'd feel a lot better if we had more than the one of six HS players we took in the first 17 rounds signed by now, but that is a lot of guys signed with Thompson, and Morgado having reports putting pretty good odds on their signing.

I'd be VERY happy if we can get a few of Thompson, Heidenreich, Hopps, Williams and Goodwin signed.

Top post updated. I can't believe we've got 27 signed and not a single "no" yet! Last year, I think we only had 26 players to sign!

Simply that we've heard positive things, but no official signing has been made. For example, Mitchell's positive comments thus far, Thompson's father's comments, and the "75% chance" of Morgado signing all qualify as "anticipated to sign".

They drafted some tough signs as well. Assuming we get Thompson signed (which sounds likely), I hope that we can get at least 1 of Williams or Goodwin to sign. (Both would be fantastic.)

None of the 27 that signed are actually real people. The Sox are just writing random checks for $50K+ to appear "busy."
