The MLBPA created this monster, and I don't see them killing it anytime soon.

On the other hand, Boras knows the Nationals are screwed here. The cried foul and failed to sign their 2008 1st round pick(Aaron Crow, and the fans will revolt(all ten of them) if they fail to sign this one. It's simply a smart tactic(asking for $50 million). The Nats are between a rock and a hard place, and Boras knows this.
