Charlotte spanks back in Durham!
Charlotte won 9-1 today over Durham. Torres was the pitcher.
Everything happened in the 3rd and 4th innings with 4 homeruns (2 by Phillips). Nix is batting 450......... He's hot!  Now that's what I call a comeback after last nights loss. Last edited by hula; 04-29-2009 at 01:00 PM.

Gobble on Fire
Has anyone been paying attention to Jimmy Gobble at Charlotte? He has struck out 7 of last 8 batters. Only needed 12 pitches to strike out the side yesterday. He has only given up one hit in his last seven outtings. Looks likes a great pickup.
