On 30 Clubs 30 days MLB Network had him listed as the Sox 3rd best prospect in the system!! He went to my high school (Homewood-Flossmoor) and graduated 2 years ahead of me, I believe. I knew he was in the system but had no idea they are so high on him.

Word. I was similarly surprised and excited. I live just down the block from him and we actually used to be pretty close. Not only am I happy for him, but I'm secretly excited that I'll now be able to say there's an MLBer who I once hit a game-winning double off of in little league.
