John Shelby & Estee Harris evaluation please

These 2 are currently at Winston-Salem. I can only "see" them via box scores and stories. I'd appreciate the opinions of those who see these players - what would realistic expectations be or their futures?

Didn't Estee Harris play Mrs. Costanza on Seinfeld ? I don't know about her future but don't "stop short" when you're driving her. Frank will be pissed.
