David Cook

Can someone fill me in on David Cook? His age (26) leads me to believe he's just a career minor leaguer, but he's put up good numbers the past couple years and is having a great year at Birmingham. Any chance he gets promoted to Charlotte at some point this season?

Cook appears to have very good tools, and potential.
Putting his great stats from this year, together with his 99 at bats at AA in the second half of last year, the results are really impressive:

334 AB .317 AVG. 24 Doubles 5 Triples 20 Homers 42 RBI .462 OBP

He's considered a good defensive outfielder, with plus speed.
Does anyone know how good his arm is?

Plus speed AND good defensively AND power? He sounds like Jerry Owens on some good 'roids.
