Quite interesting (and long) article about Justin Jirschele, the manager of the Intimidators (and the youngest manager in baseball). Some interesting stuff about White Sox philosophies on things, too.

I knew that last name rang a bell. ESPN The Magazine had a real good story on father Mike Jirschele's long career in the KC Royals' minor league system before finally getting the call to be their third base coach.
