At the end of the day they are all poisons that your body would reject if it wasn't wrapped up in hops in carbs (y)

Sounds like the Sox will take a financial hit. No mention of Bud.
Everything about the Modelo PR release is funny though I agree with the team being incredible for 116 years. Incredible: not credible; hard to believe; unbelievable

I wouldn't call someone who would prefer to eat something better than McDonald's a food snob. Same goes for budweiser or light beers and beer snobbery. Bud is made with rice for crying out loud

No kidding. I'm not going to pretend that McDonalds is the best hamburger I've ever had, nor will I that Miller Lite or whatever is the best beer. They have their place. To act like their beneath your virtue, however, gives me a serious case of eye rolling.

I was always fun at bars. And if I'm at a BBQ, I'm not going to criticize anything anyone makes. If I am *paying* for BBQ, I'll go for quality.

Bars, barbecues, whatever; if they don't have a decent beer available, then I don't drink beer. Simple. I'll drink a pop. I don't have to drink watery swill to be "fun."

For myself. I think I'm going to do a blind taste test on Miller vs Bud, because I'll drink either without much thought. It's beer, but just do it out of curiosity. Has anyone here ever done that, just to see if you've had a bias with no basis in reality? Just wondering.

Is that like a blind taste test of gruel vs. mush?

I drink either so I don't care. Prefer angry orchard or a shandy.

In addition, the team has inked a series of smaller marketing partnerships with local and regional breweries that will more than double the number of beer brands offered at the ballpark this season to close to 100 different labels.
I think Bud is worse than Miller (and that they're both bad), but this sounds like a pretty good improvement to me.

Oh, and that's just my opinion. If others like Miller and/or Bud, that's fine with me. To each their own.

I'm going to miss having MGD at Sox games, the official beer of summer.
