I hate modern bullpen management.

Dave Roberts rewarded for sticking with Darvish when probably 9/10 managers would have pinch hit for him.

And promptly takes him out after striking out Russell.

Someone want to remind Baez that they're down by 5 and are about to go down 3-0 in the NLCS? Seriously, that would have drawn you 15 in the NFL...

I thought the same thing. If this was football, that would be a taunting penalty!

Dodgers up 3-0. Everything Dave Roberts has done in this series has turned to gold. Just dominant pitching, especially out of the 'pen. Amazing that the Cubs have led in every single game and have nothing to show for it.

Call me old fashioned but it drives me nuts. You got a starter that is pitching just fine why in the heck would you pull him? Used to drive me nuts when they did that to Buehrle.

Plus that was his first pitch in the inning, and it was an obvious rolled curveball, and the pen is an obvious weak spot on the roster with a rookie in a setup role.

I'd have at least given him another batter.

Hinch's early hooks on anyone not named Keuchel or Verlander are driving me nuts this postseason.

Astros need to win today with Yankee killer Keuchel on the mound and Verlander going Friday in Houston.

If it goes to game seven I have no clue who the Astros start. Peacock?

The Cubs are not hitting at all. 32 strikeouts in 3 games. Best hitter is Bryant hitting a whopping .250.

Unless they start hitting, they are done.

Dodgers vs Yankees?.....TV networks win!

WAs thinking about that last night as well. An old Yankee vs Dodgers World Series is $$$$$$$ and talking heads heaven to the networks. Listening to the announcers giddy like school girls at every Bum or Yank feat on the field is pretty obvious.

Why not McCullers? I tend to agree that Houston better take care of the Yankees the next two games.

But if it came down to it in Game 7, I think I'd go with McCullers on short rest before I'd go to Peacock or back to Morton.
