Default Congrats to Anderson and Abreu!

AL champs in two of the three Triple Crown categories.

Anderson lead all of MLB in hitting, Abreu missed the same in the RBI hunt by four.

Abreu would have had it easily if Tim could draw a walk once in a while.

He cost himself a couple RBI that game he passed Anderson on the bases on a home run.

I forgot about that! Would have been even funnier if Abreu ended up losing the crown by two instead of three.

From being the guy everyone wanted to replace with Machado to winning the batting title. Hell of a year for TA and well deserved. Can't see how he wouldn't get Silver Slugger as well.

Congrats to TA
Congrats to Yoan
Unlike many of the new stats people I still think that BA is an important stat.

Who would have thought that Anderson and Moncada would be ranked first and third for AL batting average this year, and that Abreu would lead the league in rbi's . Tim Anderson, Yoan Moncada, Jose Abreu, Eloy Jimenez, and Lucas Giolito all had a very fine season . looking for more of the same from them, and others, next year.

It was very cool to see on Quick Pitch that when the top three hitters in the AL average-wise were shown, two had the Sox logo next to their names. Makes a Sox fan proud
