Default Sox Parking

Can You drive up to lots A, B, C, ( north side of ballpark) and actually pay to park without a prepaid red pass? It’s been a while and I plan to go Thursday.

Yes. On Saturday, Lot B was not accepting cash, but Lots A & C were. Unless the game is close to sold out, Lots A, B and C will gladly take your cash. Won't be an issue on Thursday.

What may well happen this Thursday, though, is that the northern entrance to Lot C, off 33rd Street, will not be open. If you are on 33rd Street already, you just keep going east to Wells, then south on Wells to 34th, then west to the Shields entrance to Lot C -- or you can park in Lot A or Lot B along the way if you prefer and they are taking cash, which I agree is likely to be that case that day.

We always approach the park from the north -- Canal and 33rd Street, never ever the expressway -- so Lot C is my jam. This year they've opened G on the other side of the tracks from C, but it's often closed unless there is a big crowd.

Northern entrance (not Southern) to Lot C may be closed.

Correct of course! The one off 33rd Street is the northern one. Fixed my post above.
