Pretty interesting. Flubs led from 1906-1917

Giants led from 1917-1949

The obvious led from 1949-now, with now a 500 game lead. They can fold and still be #1 for a few seasons.

I didn't expect it to take until 1949 for them to take the top, thought it'd be much sooner. Nor did I think we'd ever surpass the cubs, but we were ahead of them for a brief while in 2013-2015.

It's cool to see the flubs fall down the list, and the Bombers rise. Dodgers too.

Don't know if this includes postseason games. Probably not.
