Default Steve Stone Staying with Sox

According to his Twitter feed, Steve Stone has signed a new contract with the Sox.

Very nice. Enjoy Steve on the telecasts with Benetti. Looking forward to hearing them together this season.

If Steve can get Jason to skip Sox Math every so often, that'd be awesome

I agree. I like Steve and Jason together, they're a good match.

But I too can do without the Sox math, it's just a distraction for me. I try to ignore it.

Maybe it's popular with younger people, I don't know.

Great, we got the Bullpen help everyone is asking for. Another former Cy Young winner on the staff!

Now they need to work on fixing the radio side of the broadcasts.

Agree, they're pretty brutal to listen to, at least to me.

I have Sirius/XM in my vehicles, and the other team's radio guys are usually preferable to them.

It's mostly Farmer, DJ might not be bad with another partner.

yep. don't have Sirius, so I just don't listen. sorry to say, but the Cubs radio team is much more enjoyable, especially when they're losing

While not the Stone of the past I still value his input.

I've been a fan of Steve Stone ever since i watched him working as part of a 3-man crew for espn . his insights and knowledge of the game were impressive, and he really stood out as one of the rising color guys in the game . also, anyone who could endure all those seasons with Hawk and Harry, should be given some type of award.

Exactly my sentiment. Farmer is an awful PBP announcer.

Good. Him and Jason are one of the better duos in baseball today. I appreciate Stone's insight on baseball coupled with Jason's forward thinking in regard to the game.
