Really happy for her. Terrific organist and one of the most pleasant people to be around. She deserves all the spoils.

I was a doubter, but maybe, just maybe we can win with pitching, defense and fundamentals.

I've only been to one game in the last 3 years, this year, Star wars night. No no na hey hey at all. There was a home run, pitching change and a victory. That was disappointing. They talk about "Tradition", but they dont walk it.

We went to the Sox game at Target Field a few weeks ago and their organist is super friendly and accessible. As soon as we walked up to her she asked my daughter to come join her by the organ even though we were both in Sox gear. We talked for a bit and she said Nancy Faust was the best ever.

Congrats to Nancy. I remember when she started out as the White Sox organist at the tender age of 19 back in 1970. She was located out in the CF Bleachers if I remember correctly.

After that disastrous 1970 season in came Chuck Tanner, Roland Hemond and Harry Caray came to town, the Sox switched to the red pinstripes and a couple more 19 year olds soon joined the team (Forster and Gossage)

Nancy was moved to behind home plate on the 3B side and the Wilbur Wood, Dick Allen, Bill Melton, Carlos May, Walt Williams and company White Sox made old White Sox Park the place to be, and Nancy was a huge part of it.

P.S. My favorite Nancy memory was back in 1996 and the Sox were playing the Indians and when Albert Belle came up she played the theme from the TV show Cops...."Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do when they come for you!?"

Forster yes, Gossage not until he was 20.
