White Sox Top 10 Prospects, per @BaseballAmerica:

1. Eloy Jimenez, OF
2. Michael Kopech, RHP
3. Alec Hansen, RHP
4. Luis Robert, OF
5. Dane Dunning, RHP
6. Zack Collins, C
7. Jake Burger, 3B
8. Blake Rutherford, OF
9. Gavin Sheets, 1B
10. Dylan Cease, RHP

Someone explain Cease below Sheets, Collins, and Burger? Seems a risk.

Control issues, injury issues, hasn't been able to progress through levels at the pace most would like. High ceiling, but has a long way to go. Sheets, Collins and Burger are seen as very advanced bats with power and plate discipline.

Pretty good list. For me I would move Sheets out and Fulmer in. The way Fulmer ended the season restores quite a bit of his stock in my opinion. He was back to pitching 92-95, which was his velocity back at Vandy and his curve has some good bite to it when he was on.

Nice list. Hard to argue, quibble maybe, but hard to argue with any of it. Glad to see Hansen get the recognition he deserves after his dominating performance last year. Interesting to see that Rutherford fell as much as he did and yes, that Cease is lower than Burger and Sheets but each of those last give guys have something you can point to as a detraction. It really matters what you consider to be more important and who you believe will overcome whatever it is.

Can't disagree with their comment that the talent drops off after the first 15 but that there are those even further down the list that could surprise and rise this year. I'm guessing their next five include Fulmer, Burdi, Gillaspie, Adolfo, and maybe Adams or Cordell. Hard to say for sure where they draw the line. Clarkin might get consideration as well.
