They did blow most of their international budget on Robert (for 17 and 18), so I would guess there isn't much to work with.

I hope so especially if there are more talented Cuban players that become available. Having Moncada and Robert has to help when these players are choosing a franchise to sign with and is also a reason to keep Abreu around if he is still productive.

They are limited to $300K signings until next period. The DSL isn't a place for top prospects anyway, most major leaguers don't appear there.
