I think we're seeing why the Sox thought they could start both Owens and Young in AA. Both have adjusted pretty quickly, and Young still has some digging to do to get out of the hole he dug himself (and he's still striking out at a high rate), but both of these guys have really been tearing the cover off the ball foor the past 10 days or so. |

What is the plan for Munoz? Have they ditched the starter idea...and are possibly looking at him for closer?

Stewart, Baj, and Munoz combined for 2.2 IP, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K.
Gonzalez 1-for-2 with 2 BB for the Barons. He's now batting .284 with a .383 OBP. The pen went 5 IP, 0 R, 0 BB, 7 K. It's great to see Valido swinging the bat well for the 'Hogs. Flores' line: 6.2 IP, 2 R, 6 H, 1 BB, 5 K. Lopez's line: 3.2 IP (spot start), 1 R, 4 H, 3 BB, 6 K. Hernandez & Ovalles in relief (combined): 4.2 IP, 0 R, 1 H, 2 BB, 6 K. Ricks finally is starting to heat up for Kanny. He's 4-for-his-last-8 and continues to draw walks while playing all over the diamond. Little and Zaleski combined for 3 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 1 BB, 3 K in relief. |

Donny Leon and Jeremy Giambi were added to the Knights roster.
Borchard will be out for awhile. Alvarez had Tommy John surgery and is out indefinitely. Davis isn't playing because of his thumb and went home on this road trip. |
