New plague of Visa issues for Dominican players...

This time self-induced...

Seems there was a marriage-fraud scheme going on. Only a handful of players have been identified so far, but the violators are barred-for-life (supposedly) from obtaining a US work Visa, essentially ending MLB aspirations of said players... Here's hoping Francisco Hernandez didn't get caught up in this...
