Jose Santiago?

I was confused as to whether or not this should go in the clubhouse...

Anyway, I'm curious as to why Santiago hasn't received a call-up? He had a nice 2.84 ERA with Cleveland last season. Granted, no one expects him to be a 7th/8th inning set-up guy, but he could improve upon/replace Mike Jackson.

So is there a reason he remains at Charlotte, or are the Sox just enamored with MJ. I see him at least as possible September call-up, right?
