, Ian Kinsler

Read the original piece from ESPN: The Magazine, Kinsler comes off like a real maniac.

Ehh, I doubt we are getting the full story. I kind of get a lot of what he is saying. Maybe it was just time for a change of scenery.

Yeah, except the problem is his version of the events makes him come off as a total whacko, I can't imagine what Daniels or the other Rangers must think of him.

Daniels must have told him to "stay out of Rangers' business."

The thing is, did any of the players come out and defend Daniels? They all said the same thing, that they love him as a friend but hope they beat the Tigers. Not one player came out to defend their boss. Maybe he is a POS

I could see Detroit's clubhouse descending into chaos this year. So much **** going on there.

The Tigers might miss Jim Leyland. He had a lot of experience handling big personalities and keeping off-field issues in the clubhouse and off the field.

Lots and lots of profanity in this one so be warned if you have your speakers on!

On Olbermann's show last night, he covered this topic. Kinsler appeared to backpedal quite a bit from original stance, later implying that he still had friends in Texas and was joking.

In fact, Olbermann got on Kinsler a bit, saying he should have held his ground on his original statement.

Ian needs to remember that this is a business. That is how he gets paid, after all.
