Default Stats and Scouting Site Links

Can some of you folks who really follow this stuff do us casual followers of all things minor leagues and post some links to your favorite stat and scouting sites?

I love the game recaps, but want to be able to see things in context over the course of a month/season/level and I just don't know where to look.

Thanks in advance...

Baseball America is very well run, but unfortunately, a lot of material is for subscribers only. There is still a good bit of information about all of baseball's prospects available for free, and they seem to specialize in more the sub-MLB ball - Minors and College.

The official sites have stats and some make pretty detailed game notes and game logs. You can connect to them all via MiLB.com I believe. The official sites:

DSL Sox 1
DSL Sox 2
Bristol
Great Falls
Kannapolis
Winston-Salem
Birmingham
Charlotte

Otherwise for stats I use:

The Hardball Times
The Baseball Cube

Other articles and info:

Baseball America (they do have free articles)
Project Prospect (might find something there)
SoxTalk has a minor league board and runs the FutureSox site. FutureSox does their own interviews with players as well.

And of course theres the old google search.

Perfect Game. Plenty of videos by typing players last name.

Ditto, Optipessimism's suggestions, Voodoo....Baseball Prospectus also does some minors projections as well...they put together some fresh material on the Sox a few weeks ago.

Does anyone know if Joey DeMichele is viewed by the organization as a potential replacement for Beckham? I know little about his game but he is hitting .348 at Bristol. Is he decent with a glove? I may be mistaken, but I thought he was a SS in college so I wonder if the move to 2B means anything...

Hey guys. Haven't posted on WSI in quite a while, and decided to visit your MiLB section of the board. I'm one of the writers for FutureSox.

Something I thought you might find handy that is not on the FutureSox site itself, but that we created - we have a YouTube channel with all the prospect videos we've taken. Most of them are this year, some from a few years ago. We have video of 40+ current White Sox prospects.

Anyway, if you want to see some video of some of these guys, Here is a link to the channel. Generally the most recent ones are at the bottom. There are also playlists per game. Enjoy!
