The whole "My churro was cold! Brooks should be fired for this immediately!!" attitude of people really drives me nuts.
That said, fans questioning the marketing and hospitality departments is fine, especially when they have had a number of subpar experiences. It's the of how of that criticism, and not the why, that I agree with you on.
