This has to be the worst spring ever up there in the Midwest and Northeast.

Eh, you know, we're coming off a historic, earth scorching drought, so you know, I'll live.

Yeah, last year we had the hotest spring ever along with one of the hottest and driest summers ever as well. I would say last year was worse because life was much simpler in 1988.

It's just how it is. Every year is different.

I see you caught your mistake with "than in 1988". Yes life was much simpler in 1988. I remember that summer very well, all the lawns in my neighborhood were brown what with no rain and water restrictions.

Crap! I was looking forward to watching them extend the winning streak.

On a related note, I'll be in town in about two weeks, so I'd appreciate it if you guys could straighten out this weather problem you seem to be having!

I always hate it most when Friday night games get rained out. I look forward to getting off work and begin my weekend by crashing on my couch with beer, pizza, and baseball. Oh well...

I was looking forward to a classic 16 inning game at KC. Oh well, at least they didn't start it, stop it, and schedule a doubleheader tomorrow starting at 6:00.
